Windows security settings

At one of my client's sites, two output formats and processing  table had
been deleted.  I am not sure how.  I was able to copy these formats back to
the working filepro directory from my test/development area.

Can anyone tell me what the minimum access that users need for filepro to
function both for the filepro directory and the fp directory.  I need to
keep users from deleting or moving files.
