I assume what you mean is you start filePro with the icon, and then press 
Alt+Enter to display filePro?  If that's the case, then you probably 
Alt+have
the icon's property set to run "full screen" rather than "windowed", and
gotomypc probably doesn't support that.  Pressing Alt+Enter (on versions of
Windows which support full-screen mode for console apps) will toggle between
the two modes.

Change the icon's property to "windowed".

What printer do you select from other apps when printing under gotomypc"? 
Have you tried telling filePro to print to "win:printername" with that same
name?  (This also assumes that gotomypc will support filePro's "raw mode" 
printer output.)

FilePro has no problem printing through GoToMyPC.  I have a number of
clients who login remotely to enter contracts and then print them out at
their current location.

As Ken mentions, both have to recognize the same printer.

As an aside, both GoToMyPC and Logmein require that filePro open in window
mode.  On PC's running windows 7 of course, this is not a problem as that is
the only way FP operates.
