error - file to large

Does the size I identified below mean I have 1 gig and is my version maxed
out at 2 gig????
Does anyone know the answers to this.
I virtually am at a standstill with my system.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

You need to see how large the key file is. It sounds like it grew past the
operating system size. What OS?
