error - file to large

When attempting to execute a program I have been using for years I get the
following error:

 

*** A System Error Has Occurred ***     

/appl/filepro/msxcom/key: File too large

 

The program I am running looks up into another file and transfer information
by creating a free record.

 

Any ideas??
