computer beeping

What I know on this subject is about 15 years old, so keep that in mind.
There is or used to be a beep code. Maybe someone will recall where
you can find that information if it isn't in the user's manual. More likely
it would be in the motherboard documentation. 

One thing I would do is go into the boot setup and make sure "halt on all
errors" is on, and check the temperature settings if available.
