chain programming

I have added a chain routine to an input program.  When I chain out and the programming in the chain program completes, I chain back to the input program.
On return the following code is executed

     ◄ If: IsSplit = "Y"
     Then: switchto (ScreenNum);pushkey "T"{c{"[ENTR]";SAVE;END

The above works in dclerk but not rclerk.

Any ideas to why this executes in dclerk and not rclerk?
