Handholding Printer Help

I need a little hand holding to get printers to work for me in filePro 5.6 in a Windows Server 2008 environment. I have several files but I have never been able to get the printers to work right in the system.  Whenever I try to print to a networked printer using whatever printer type, I get one a N/L but no C/R.  I have tried all the ways it says in HELP to get them to print to no avail.

I have been using the Atlantis system for all my work, but I need to put other users on the system and I wish to use FORM and other methods.
