this is probably where Richard's reply started--difficult to tell, but
anyway,
Richard: her syntax is not incorrect inside the parens. She clearly shows
above that zzz is an alias for a lookup, so the 'zzz(@rn)' portion
would not be incorrect. (And using 'zzz&@rn' should cause
a problem, since a field number is not specified for the lookup alias.)
