Richard,
Would you *please* configure your email client to properly quote the
original post when you reply. One can only discern your reply from the
original post by context. It's a pain and completely unnecessary (and
frankly mostly not worth it).
Your refusal to address this issue after multiple requests from members
is just rude.
Please fix your email client.
