Preventing fileProGI screen minimizing

I have a customer running fileProGI on 5 touch-screen PCs for a time and
attendance entry program from an SCO OpenServer system. Some are
running with Windows XP Pro and one new one has Windows 7 Pro. Normally
everything is fine.

Some of the users on the Windows 7 system seem to think it is
appropriate to minimize the fPGI window. This is a problem because this
application is running on a touch-screen PC with no mouse or keyboard
and the Task Bar is set to disappear off the bottom of the screen.
These things are set this way so the users won't mess with the PC.
However, when the fPGI is minimized, it 'disappears' from the screen and
the users can only get back to the program by double clicking (touch
touch) the fPGI icon (the only icon on the screen), if they remember to
do it.

I would really like to prevent them from being able to minimize the fPGI
window - without breaking their fingers. Is there a good way to do that
via a setting in fPGI or Windows itself?

Thanks,
Steve Wiltsie
