Telnet client for Android devices?

ConnectBot.  Does ssh and telnet.

Don't try Better Terminal Emulator Pro...ssh-only, and it doesn't seem
to work properly/consistently on a Galaxy Tab 8.9 (Honeycomb) for some
reason.

ConnectBot works great against Solaris and Linux.
