Nancy:

They had a break at 4.  They had a semi-break at 6.  At 8, they're out of
excuses - especially when I can provide full headers that prove it's an
ongoing issue on machines under their control, and they're not addressing
it -after- asking me (and everyone) to forgive it.

Mistakes happen.  Fixing them -should- happen, where possible.  The
machine responsible appears to be under their control, so this -should- be
possible.  And that's the part that has me more irate than amused right
now.
