Nuance is not on my happy list.  However, they're not as bad as WinZip.
I've procmailed both to /dev/null loing ago.

I was (and still am) hoping not to have to do that to fP-Tech, considering
they don't usually do something like this, and announcements are generally
few and far between, as well as relevant.  But their handling of this
issue really has me irked.
