Ken,

I did not find that to be the case on Win764-bit  boxes we have setup 
around here that use filepro.  It seems that unless the user has FULL 
CONTROL of the folders, it is not able to read/write/create as needed.  
I have had to mess with security on my computer, Sandra's and my lap 
top.  All WIN 7 64 bit machines.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate running which has more network and security 
settings.  I certainly recommend that filepro be installed somewhere 
other than C:\  make a folder or virtual drive and get the install off 
the root of C.

Bruce, I do see you were following the Unix plan with D:\appl    If D: 
is mapped to a share location, I had to make sure the owner of the share 
gave full permissions also.
