Windows print spoiler

I am at a client's site. 

Windows home premium on 2 machines. One acts as the server. 

Set on computer to print to the local USB printer be adding set pfprinter=hp8100

No problem when probing in portrait mode. Modified a report that printed to a dot matrix printer to print on this printer in landscape/legal mode.

The report prints but the spoiler does not clear. Anyone tell me why this is happening?
