license manager error on 2008 server

Not that I am aware of. I have 2 clients on 64bit server 2008 running fp with no problems. 

You indicate 5.7. Is the license piece for encryption part of this configured if it need to be?

Check the permissions on all of the folders starting with app. What is the permission on pftmp set at?
