I can't speak for Aljex's plans, but in general PuTTY and its branches are
coded in C.  Android apps are generally written in Java and run under a
DALVIK engine.

I think the chances are minimal to none.  I could, however, be wrong.  I've
got Better Terminal Emulator Pro, which includes a command shell that I
suspect was not written in Java.  So maybe it's possible.  I just doubt it.
