It's not possible unless you're running an X11 server on Windows.  It's
looking for an X11 display, as will all X11 programs.

PuTTY lacks file transfer and command execution, as well.  This would be
more possible from Anzio.

With your current topography and software, every solution I'm seeing is
horribly ugly.
