Windows Terminal Server

Richard,
I use terminal services often and part of the security is that you are
server or laptop, it is not a full VPN. I do not see that there is a
path from the server back to my computer except keyboard and video.
Can you actively change any file that you access from the server
interface on your laptop?
To the best of my knowledge, that is one interface that does not allow
file transfer, unlike gotomypc or any remote assistance software.
It is even difficult to get output to feed back to a local printer, not
impossible but difficult.
I expect a VPN might be more workable for what you are trying to do.
