Emailing from flmail within Filepro

I have a Go-daddy email account to send and retrieve email using this 
account
I can retrieve email fine  I cant send email
go-daddy said I need to set my smtp to smtpout.secureserver.net with my 
account name
and my password I do this and It acts like it rejecting  the password but 
it's the same password
that its using to retrieve the mail so I don't understand this. wondering if 
any one is using flmail
with a go-daddy account to send mail. but it will not work in live mail as 
well with these settings.
any help will be greatly appreciated.
