That is what printwizard does and so much more.
With the server edition you can specify service(s) to automate converting and/or printing. I am sure that there may be shareware programs jut there that do a similar thing.
HP still has PCL 3 and PCL 5 printers available but I don't think these are the multifunction printers.
A $100.00 printer to which one adds my time to install and configure this type of software pushes the cost to the range of a printer with the "real" PCL.
