Licensing question, move SCO to VM

I have to move an ancient SCO system with FilePro to run on SCO under
VMware to minimize costs involved in a switch to Linux and a newer version
of FilePro which might require programming changes.

The current system is fp_v5.0.09D4 (I said it was old :-) running on SCO
5.0.4.  The destination system is SCO 5.0.6a running on a CentOS 5 system
and VMware Server (also old, but has a good X11 interface and I know it
works).

What is involved as far as FilePro licensing here?  SCO licensing isn't a
problem so long as we stay below 5.0.7.
