No, but do:

yum provides "*/ld-linux.so.2"

Install whatever package provides it, run `ldconfig`, and try again.

I got it now to work with all your help:

In Summary , here are the steps for Centos 6.0 (final) 64-bit:

1) yum install glibc.i686
2) yum install libxml2.i686
3) yum install libstdc++.so.6

After running the above commands in sequence , FP 5.0.7 did a clean install!

Now I have to do the FilePro Licensing files but at least I see the filePro screen :)
