File names displayed with random cases.

I found that if you download a zip file to a widows sever and then I tried to unzip the file, I got an error that I didn't high enough admin rights. 

My workstation has 64 bit windows. Once the file was moved to my local machine, it unzipped. 

Not sure if this us your problem.
