Looking for someone to set up a new server

I'm interested.

I'm not a great fan of HP, preferring to use SuperMicro, but
that's not cast in stone.

We have quite a few systems around the U.S. running CentOS.

Are you sure you want to go with CentOS 6 at this time?  There
are still quite a few issues with RHEL6 (as usual with new major
releases from Red Hat).  Personally I would stay with CentOS 5
until these have had time to stabilize.
