FW: FilePro weirdness...

Email from one of my client's. (see below)
Anyone tell me what might be causing this.
Windows 2008 server, access using terminal server.
Local machine is most likely Windows XP

Subject: FilePro weirdness...
Hi Christine: When I close FilePro by typing "X" on the keyboard, instead
of just closing as usual, I get a dialogue box as follows:
p.exe has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.
-Check online for a solution and close the program
-Close the program
-View problem details
When I view details, it says:
