The problem was that your old system had a "site password".  Since the site 
password on the new system didn't match the password stored in the prc 
files, *cabe asked you to enter it.

Now that you copied the fppath file, which includes the encoded site 
password on the 4th line, the new system's site password matches that in the 
prc files, and *cabe no longer asks for it.
