The answer is no and yes.

That you are asking the question is troubling....

Are you joining the clients to the active directory that manages that 
server?

Do you understand group policy? What are you trying to solve with Active 
Directory?

Or is this a SBS2011 move? To this day, other than cost I cannot 
understand the whole SBS mentality.
Stuff is just harder with SBS than "normal" windows server products.
