Although you were asking about passing values using an array, the is another way to do this depending on the number is values to pass.
You could use putenv() to set an environmental variable with the values and then hash the vale gotten with getrnv(). This would avoid possible conflicts caused be changes.
Not sure if this would work as I am on vacation and can't rest it. If you ran the report from clerk and set the environmental variable, you could use the same valuesi in another report called from the same clerk session using system calls to run the reports.
