More information, please. Are you looking for a filePro program to fill in 
a form? Or something to generate a form as defined by an external 
application? Or to interface with an external application?

Are you looking for something to run in character mode? To run on SCO, or 
on a terminal emulator connected to SCO, or on a web browser served up by 
SCO? Or will the form be filled out on paper?

Do you mean you want to PRINT barcodes? To read barcodes with a want on a 
client? To read barcodes on scanned pages?
