System IBM AIX filepro version 4.6 - Remote access via AnzioLite 16.2p

I was attempting to edit screen 5 but my terminal session crashed. I
logged in again and and went into the filePro Directory command option
to delete lockfile.  I can edit all other screens in this file but if
I attempt to edit screen 5 I get this error. I've done a ps -ef |
ddefine to make sure no one else is running define screens.  Then I
tried manually deleting the lockfile for jlBldg.  I have not tried a
reboot. Just tried checking ownership and permissions in this
directory and I got what looked like standard settings for the first
couple of files and my terminal appears to have locked up again. I
also changed lockfile to 777 perms. Thanks in advance for your
assistance.
