startup file

Found the problem.

Ken, you were correct it was permissions.  I have routines that check for
who the user is and since I did not have her logging in, the programmed
assumed that she did not have permission to have access to those files.   

I have hard coded access for me so I don't have to use the login procedure
while I am working on programs.  

Since this is a test bed and only she has the necessary startup script on
her machine, he not logging in is not a problem.
