Lonnie,

To set the printer from within filePro, goto option 7 on the developer's
menu - Printer maintenance

1. Press <P> - printers
2. Press <U> update
3. Move to the first blank location
4. Type a name for the printer - a descriptive name - i.e. Mary's printer,
label printer etc, the press <enter>
4. Select the type of printer
5. Fill in the destination: win:\\computername\printer - This should be
the window name to this printer
On my system I have 2 printers I print to from filePro, an HP
LaserJet and an HP Business inkjet.
Name type destination comment
System Printer	hp-6P Win:system_printer	laser printer
Client Printer	hp-4000	win:system_printer	client custom print table
HP 12oodtn	hp-2500	win:HP1200dtn Color inkjet

Both of these printers are network printers defined in printers & faxes.
Filepro is loaded on my server.

Since this is a locally attached printer, I am sure that Windos7 has found
this printer an loaded the print drivers or the printer has been installed
manually. In destination, use the name windows assigned to this printer
using win:.............

Once this has been done, goto define output and bring up the output in
question, press <U> to update, F8, O-options, Move to printer name and type
in the name you assigned or press F6 to list the filePro defined printers
and select the one you want. If necessary enter any starting and ending
print codes and the save.
