Switching record within same file

I am running filepro 5.14 on xp professional. 
 
I am doing a lookup into the file I am standing in. I can get the record
number I want to switch to but can't find a way to get there. 
 
Does anyone know if it is possible to switch between records by using the
record numbers while standing in a file.
 
Standing on record 1 of file test. 
Lookup into test 
Select the record 
Get the new record number in test to switch to 
switch to new record.
