I finally got a recent version of ghostpdl to build on opensuse.

The 1.54 that I had up on the opensuse build service is now updated to
the current 9.01 .

Tiffg3 output is a built-in feature now so the patch I was maintaining
is no longer needed in order to hplaser->hylafax in one step.

The fonts are compiled-in so you don't need the ghostpdl-fonts package
any more. That may change back some other time but I think not.

This package drops in place of the previous at least for me and didn't
break anything. My scripts other app code that generates pdfs and faxes
from filepro hplaser print data still work. My hylafax+ typerules that
runs pcl6 directly to output tiffg3 continued to work without adjustment.

I have not updated the OpenServer build, but if someone else wants to
it's probably actually a lot easier now. They have been slowly but
steadily trying to de-wackify the build process so newer versions may
actually build easier than older ones on cranky old Open Server.
The only thing I had to do for the linux build was hide libjbig from the
embedded tiff library build. If you don't have a freestanding shared
jbig library installed you may not have to tweak anything at all.
