I would bet on bitrot or dying RAM.  Assuming it's practical, run a 
current copy of Memtest+ 4.x for at least 2 full passes, and overnight's
great if you can manage it.

If you get nothing there, make a copy of your /fp directory, and then 
reinstall filePro -- assuming you won't have to fight with licensing and
lose on a weekend, to do so.

If neither of those helps you: is the server in a climate-conditioned room?

Has anyone changed the filters on the AC units lately?
