Well, *here's* an interesting question: legally, financially, if fpTech
did go out of business, does it presently own *all* the copyrights to
all the code, unencumbered?

In other news, since the code ships with a license manager and annual
update subscription, would the value of any of that code legally be on
the books as a liability?
