permission denied on an auto index

I just finished a project to list on one screen all transaction on one side
and the associated payments on the other.  This is done from the sales
journal file with the processing table running as  auto processing.  This a
being used as a tool to insure that everything is in balance.  Anything that
is not, has a popup message so the clerk can stop and check what is wrong.

The file can be scanned rather rapidly for any errors.

The problem that has arisen is on occasion a filepro error message come up
the permission is denied to index A.  This happened while I was talking with
him and we were both scrolling through the file.

This is on a Windows Server 2008 system with my client logged in locally and
me using terminal server, filePro 5.6.10.

Any ideas as to why he would get this error message.
