Craig,

I understand how much I learn from trying a thing. I always told
students that you learn more when a thing does not work than when it
does work the first time. But everyone does not have the reasoning
skills to create a test and learn from a test. We all work with people
that need a bit of added help.

I understand it is frustrating when people do not give a thing a try on
their own before asking for help.

I am also annoyed by some questions, but I just do not answer those
kinds of questions. Our community is small, I hate to make anyone feel
like it is not safe to post.

I know Ken goes out of his way to answer people on this list. I
personally think he should lurk more than he does and let the
conversation happen between the community members. Only stepping in
when he sees it going wrong or he sees a member is really getting no help.

So my post was not to start anything. I have known most of the people
on this list for 20 years +. I just wanted a polite reminder that we
all need to show a bit of respect and refrain from silliness.
