Using an "@key_" command, the input process does a lookup to another file and then uses "popup input" to permit entry of data to the lookup file.  Several of the field indicators on the screen in the lookup file are "%" to require data to be entered.  It appears that the "%" indicator is not working as the record can be saved with no data in those fields.  Otherwise, the process seems to be doing what is expected.

Is this the expected action in the use of popup input?  If so, is there any way to force data to be entered into the designated fields?
