Serial Receipt Printer

Have a customer with an old serial receipt printer, an Epson TM-200D, and
I'm trying to get it to work from my application.

What do I need to put in the "Destination File" for a receipt printer with a
serial interface? 

The printer is connected to the COM1 port.  It is also shared on the
network.  PFOUTS is set to COM1 in my application.

I've tried COM1 and WIN:COM1 as entries in the "Destination File" but it
doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone know what needs to be entered in the "Destination File" column
for it to work?
