Linking a new network to the LAN

I don't know how to set up the router to bridge the network and I can't 
see the plc from my machine (or, at least, I don't know how to look for it).

I would set up the PLC to our subnet, but the A-B guy said that then the 
designer's software might not be able to see it because it is set up for 
the 10.x.x.x subnet.  I'm not familiar with Allen-Bradley's software so 
I can't help there.
