Index corruption oddity on fp 5.0.14

Since this is repeatable, I would recommend contacting fpsupport about it. 
(However, I would suggest trying it on 5.6 before doing so.)

Since the default block size is 1K, the index would need to be larger than 
65536KB before this issue hits.
