OK, I tried it out and it's OK, but only just and only for those times
when you don't have anything else with you.
What I got was this (although I only paid $12 with shipping):
http://www.amazon.com/Mini-Wireless-Bluetooth-Keyboard-Iphone/dp/B0042HGAS8/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1323096846&sr=8-4
(I just checked that it is available for less on Ebay)
This keyboard does not have Fn keys and the CTRL key opens LMIs settings
screen so accommodations need to be made to use it. The best way to
work on Filepro with this using LMI is to stay in Logmein's special key
mode. Your remote computer remains on the screen with the special
buttons so you can enter F1-F12, ALT and CTRL (the last two keys are
toggles) while entering the text from the keyboard. Arrow keys can be
entered from the keyboard by holding down it's Fn key and the
appropriate keys. Not having to switch entry screens speeds things up
quite a bit.
Overall it makes working on Filepro through my Android Motorola Atrix
much more usable, but that's only because it's so much more of a pain
without it.
I don't want to carry this with me everywhere, but since it is both
cheap, small, and light I am going to get another 2 and keep them in
places where I am likely to need it for emergencies like the car and my
travel bag.
I know that there are alternate keyboard apps for Android that allow for
these keys to be entered from the Android screen, but whether these keys
are accepted depends on the application receiving them. I have not yet
tested LMI with this, but I already know that it doesn't send a CTRL key
through to the remote computer since it opens the settings screen
instead. So, while there are some bluetooth keyboards out there
function keys, I'm not sure they work with LMI.
