It's occurring at one of my customer sites.  As you stated it is only 
happening at the workstations, not the 'server' (the server is also a 
Windows XP workstation, ie peer network, not a true server).  It 
happens  when they are adding records, and when it does happen they 
have to re-enter the records.  They are running RAID 10 on all 
systems.  I have turned off write cache on the RAID controller and 
the Windows hard drive.  They still have the problem and I am baffled 
why and have run out of ideas to try.  Maybe this discussion will 
help resolve the problem.
