Ken:

This is either a v4.8 or 5.0 system, I forgot to check.  I know it's not v5.6.  Their I.T. department just informed me there are net use commands in place for print destinations when the user logs in.  Should they carry over to fP apps, or do I need to include them in the start-up batch file?  The two WIN: printer syntaxes I used are
WIN:MM1505
WIN:MM1505 on s25

Both cause fP to issue the invalid argument message.  Other Windows apps & test pages print fine to this printer.
