One solution to your problem is to make use of the filepro help files that
one can associate with menus and files down to the field level.
For your reports, you can create a help file of that menu and associate it
with each selection option explaining what the report is for and what the
selection criteria is. The great part of this is that you can always refer
back to the help file, once created, to remind you of what the report is
for.
Take a look at the help files that are supplied with filepro using a text
editor.
