Printing to remote printers

Have you tried setting the printer on the filePro server itself as a
local printer pointing to the IP address by creating a TCP/IP port and
then setting a filePro printer to print to it?

filePro should be able to print to ANY printer defined within or
accessible to the network.  That being said, it is possible that it
will not print if the printer is a WINDOWS only printer (I am not sure
how WINDOWS version of fp is dealing with that).

Also, you could point to a device by its FQDN or IP by using \\FQDN\
or \\IP ADDRESS\ ...  Not sure if filePro could handle this method ...
