The @when user key function/feature....

Did everyone catch this... I'm often asked about this very thing. In fact
many people have said things like, well the @wuk would be good but it only
works with 4 keys (F3/F4/f8/F9).  Well, this is so cool.  It can only be
done under Windows filePro, but so what, you just test with @os if it's
possible and if so, put up the prompts and the feature.

With PFSKHEX=ON all the keystrokes are available for example Alt-Ctrl-K or
SHIFT-F12, etc.  Any combination of the Ctrl,SHIFT and Alt key with any of
the keys on the keyboard *including* the F-keys.  That gives a huge spread
of functionality while you're sitting in any field on the screen. This is
just too cool.
