No clue.  I've never read "The Art of War".  I rent a server at
artofwarcentral.com for multiplayer combat games, but that's another story
entirely.  :)

No, it's just something I've learned over the years...attacking from the
lower moral or technical ground is just not a sound tactical move.  It
doesn't work very well in combat games, either.  :)
